WE ARE SO HAPPY AND PROUD OF OUR TRAVELWISE TEAM.  WE HAVE WORKED HARD THIS YEAR TO MAKING OUR SCHOOL A TRAVELWISE SCHOOL.

YAY TO US FOR BEING A BRONZE SCHOOL!!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH ORANGA SCHOOL FOR SUPPORTING OUR AWESOME WALKING WEDNESDAY.

Special thanks to our Community Transport Coordinator Robyn Griffiths for giving us the milo, bikkies, travel wise tree and our max the pukeko mascot.  That definitely made our job easier with those things.

Special thanks to Michele Muckle and our lovely principal Diana Peri for helping to make the milos in the morning.  Also to Tyson Eruera for your running around to the staff kitchen to grab our hot water.

Travel wise Workshop Thursday 2 June 2016

Walking WEDNESDAY...........WALK OR BIKE OR SCOOTER

Well done Oranga! We definitely came to school today TRAVELWISE.

Thank you for Walking , biking and scootering to school today.  We hope you enjoyed it at first lunch on the top courts riding your bike and scooter.

Congratulations to our ten lucky people that were drawn from our box this morning.  Next time we hope it will be you!

Term 2 "Be Bright, Be Seen"

The Travelwise  team worked very hard in organising this special day to promote the importance of all riders of bikes and scooters to be seen wearing bright clothes that drivers can see.  So our school celebrated by making everyone aware of this and the weather was not in our favour  however our message was clearly seen by most of our Oranga students lit up with their bright clothes.

We hope you enjoyed this day and the main message is to "Be Bright, Be Seen".
